This is one of eight blocks on the site with each block having up to 10 units. The last block was completed in the spring of 2008. George Voyias was Project Engineer responsible for the design of all the internal roads, junctions to the main road, as well as the foul-water and storm-water drainage systems.

For the junctions to the main road outside the site the design and construction was subject to approval by Hertfordshire Highways involving a Section 278 Agreement.

The storm-water drainage has two large Class 1 petrol interceptors each discharging into 350mm diameter pipes before connection into the public sewer.
